Is she Lin or Lam?
WHO is Carrie Lam? Not many people know who she is but mention Hong Kong’s Lin Chi-Ling and you might get an idea.

The Hong Kong model is said to resemble the Taiwanese top model. Hence, when the two girls finally met at a Longines event in Hong Kong, the media thought that the claws would be out but surprisingly both had nothing but nice words for each other.
When told about Lam, Lin was curious to meet her lookalike in person.
“I have heard of her. I don’t mind if people say that she looks like me, but I feel sorry for her, especially as a newcomer (to be called Hong Kong’s Lin Chi-Ling). Every girl should be acknowledged for her uniqueness instead of being labelled as someone’s lookalike. In this way, the public might not remember her name,” Lin was quoted as telling the Hong Kong media.
Meanwhile, though Lam does not think that she resembles Lin, she would love to get to know Lin personally.
“When I was contesting for the Miss Hong Kong pageant (in 2005), nobody said that (I look like her). Maybe because she’s big nowadays that people start comparing me to her.
“I would love to talk to her. She’s such a pretty girl with substance and is really smart.
Even so, she is not contented with being called someone’s lookalike.
“I’m happy to be said that I look like her. She is gorgeous, but I hope that I can be known for my character one day instead of being someone’s lookalike.”
